Was also very limited before the Internet because most buyers and sellers did not know how to find a Daggett Realtor®. Based on volume advertising, people would call a name brand franchise real estate office for a agent. But today, some 80% of the people use the Internet to choose a Realtor® and 90% of them work with the Daggett Realtor® they selected.

The Internet gives all Realtors® big and small the ability to advertize to more people. This means people have more choices because they can review Realtors® web sites to decide which Realtor® they like the best.

An easement is the legal right to use part of the owners real estate. Examples: The right to use a driveway, path or garden area of a neighbor's yard or utility easements for power lines, phone lines, TV cable, water pipes, sewer lines and gas lines.. In Daggett, Most easements are obtained by permission.

Some easements can be hostile which means a neighbor is denying access. In Daggett a parcel cannot be land locked. If Daggett homes do not have access using a public street, the owner can request an easement thought their neighbor's property to get access their Daggett home.
